As a product designer you contribute to that mission by helping hundreds of leading and progressive companies who're already using Homerun to hire people, make hiring more authentic and streamline their hiring process.
This is currently a 6-person team, consisting of a product manager, front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers.
This type of tool is called an 'Applicant Tracking System' (ATS.) In our case it makes up about half of our product suite. The other half is our visual career site and job post builder.
Our users are typically internal recruiters, hiring managers, and employees involved in the interviewing process.
The current product includes features like to-dos, team chat, email communication with candidates, and insights. It will be you and your team's responsibility to further develop our ATS into the world's best recruitment tool for creative companies.
This means improving on existing functionality, as well as adding new functionality to the product, like reviewing and scoring candidates throughout every stage of the interviewing process, documenting private or sensitive communication, and offering advanced roles and permissions. And that's just the near future. Over the next few years we'll keep innovating and reinventing our products, and you'll be a part of that journey.

We are just starting to build our product team, and you'll be one of our first designers. You'll have a lot of freedom and responsibility. You'll be working from beginning to end on our product, ideating new and innovative concepts to detailed iterations on micro interactions.
