We’re seeking a People Operations Executive to simplify our processes, empower our teams, and nurture a culture where people truly thrive. You’ll play a central role in shaping the employee experience while managing key operational initiatives.

Join our small but mighty team and help bring Homerun’s friendly, human-first approach to even more teams across the organisation!

✔️ Assist in implementing operational strategies, policies and procedures.

✔️ Collaborate with various departments and businesses to ensure operational alignment.

✔️ Be responsible for the office management including facilities

✔️ Liaise with vendors and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

✔️ Strengthening people management at every level.

✨ Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

✨ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✨ A natural ability to build effective relationships and work well with people at all levels

✨ Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity

✨ Detail oriented, dependable and proactive in approach

✨Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in using own initiatives

✨ Willingness to travel occasionally

Can I join as a remote worker?
While this is possible for some roles, for this role, we'd like you to work in the office in Amsterdam, NL at least three days per week.

When do I start?
We'd love to find someone as soon as possible, but realistically we'll be working towards a mid January start date.
